Cereal Cookers Control System
Conceptual
design, detail, design, Software Implementation,
panel fabrication and Installation Supervision for
the automation of two corn cookers with production
capacities of 2,000 Kg per 2 hour cycle. (This process
had been made by hand.)

Refrigeration Control System for Dairy Products
Implementation
and Software Design for the existing Progammable Logic
Controller, to maintain proper levels of refrigeration
within FDA requirements for milk storage.
Sun International, Nassau Bahamas
Hotel Atlantis, phase II, Water Features
Redesign
the automation for the pump system of the largest
aquarium in the world (Open loop), Panel Fabrication,
Software Implementation, SCADA system and Installation
Supervision and Startup.
This
system controls all ocean water coming into the
facility and circulates it through various areas
of the resort i.e. shark tank areas, water falls.
We
also control "On-Off" times for all pools
and there are wind sensing detection to lower waterfalls
and fountains to prevent wetting the customers.
The system alarms automatically to the maintenance
personnel in case of minor and major emergencies.

Bridge Supervision
Concept
Design, Detail Design, Control Panel Fabrication,
Field Installation and modifications and Start up
for a complete SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition) system. This system was intended to
monitor multiple movable bridges from a central
location. Each bridge (7) sends its data on a dedicated
phone line to a main computer. The system also serves
as a watchdog during manual operation to assure
that operators do not open the bridge out of sequence,
placing in danger land traffic, pedestrian as well
as marine traffic. The system also provides maintenance
information, historic trend etc. In May 2000, FDOT
has award us other contracts now in progress.
Atlantic
Bouquet Company, Inc.
Miami, FL
Conceptual
Design, Detail Design and Engineering for an Automatic
Production Machine for the bouquet of flowers. In
this system we were only responsible for the automation
and controls of the equipment. The machine is capable
of tracking all bouquets made in 12 different stations
with two people per station and also keeps track
of the sizes and rates of each station. This is
done per individual basis, per side (East or West)
or default to the entire line. This machine was
built by Atlantic Bouquet Comany, Inc.

pH Neutralization to meet EPA standards
Conceptual
Design, Detail Design and Panel Fabrication for
a system responsible to regulate the pH and flow
of all the discharge waters after a CIP (Clean In
Place) is done during the change over to fill a
different product (i.e. Coke, Orange sode, etc.).
Strict control were required to as how much flow
per min. Was allowed and a pH level between 6.0
and 8.5.
Rite
Way Pipe Mill
Miami, FL
Rewiring
and redesign for all the controls for a Pipe Mill.
This equipment was existing with very antique controls
and is been revamp with state of the art controls,
DC Drive Four Quadrant regenative type, Servo control
for online cutting, Induction Welding as pipe is
been rolled and formed. Using Hi Voltage (10,000
VAC) at 400 KHz. Full automation with Allen Bradley
PLC and HMI interface to an industrial PC station
with touch screen controls. Software been used is
the RSView 32 by Allen Bradley.

PDVSA
(Petroleos De Venezuela S.A.)(Project in progress)
Maracaibo, Venezuela
Conceptual
Design, Detail Design, Engineering and panel Fabrication
for a system responsible to prevent the flooding
of five(5) cities in the oriental coast of the Maracaibo
Lake. These towns are basically the oil producers
of the area and for eighty one (81) years of pumping
the oil out has caused the sinking of these cities.
Pumping stations were build around it to prevent
the flooding to the area. The system does not work
properly, our job is to design and implement a system
with radio telemetry (UHF and Microwave) interfaced
with PC, PLC and software (SCADA) to automatically
control and keep the waters from rising above the
pit where the pumps are located. These work involves
motors rated 350 to 650 HP at 2,300VAC driven with
Hi Voltage VFD's. We are doing this project as a
turnkey operation.
